HamroBhumi

Secure transactions

Escrow that protects both sides.

Never hand over a large sum on trust alone. With escrow, money is only released when the transfer is genuinely complete — protecting buyer and seller alike.

How escrow works

1

Agree the terms

Buyer and seller agree the price and the conditions for release (e.g. clean transfer at Malpot).

2

Buyer funds escrow

The buyer deposits the amount into a secured, neutral escrow account — not the seller's.

3

Conditions verified

HamroBhumi confirms the milestones — verified title, registration, new Lalpurja issued.

4

Funds released

Only once everything checks out is the money released to the seller. Otherwise it's returned.

For buyers

Your money is safe until you actually own the property — no more paying first and hoping.

For sellers

Proof the buyer has the funds ready and committed before you start the transfer.

Note: Escrow is offered with banking and legal partners and is subject to eligibility and Nepali regulations. Request below and our team will structure it for your deal.
